Engr. D. I. Osakwe (B.Eng. Civil, MBA–Mgt, MNSE, COREN Registered) is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of D.I. Assets & Homes Limited, a reputable indigenous construction and property development company in Nigeria. With over 40 years of experience in engineering construction, property investment, estate development, and project management, he has built a strong reputation for delivering quality projects and driving sustainable growth in the built environment.

Throughout his career, he has held several key technical and leadership roles, including Chief Engineer/Base Manager at Dimson Construction Company, Project Coordinator at Hill Top Limited, Design and Supervision Engineer at Ette Aro & Partners, Site Engineer at Nigerian Construction and Foundation Company Limited (NCFC), and Managing Director of Godstar Engineering Company Limited. His vast industry experience and visionary leadership have positioned D.I. Assets & Homes Limited as a trusted and well-established construction and property development company in Nigeria.
